Users are solely responsible for the content they create, publish, and share on this platform. By using Sword and Quill, you acknowledge that the platform merely provides the tools and infrastructure for creative writing — it does not author, endorse, or verify any user-generated content.

The Sword and Quill team reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove, edit, or delete any stories or comments that violate our community standards or the Scribe's Code oath.

Sword and Quill is currently in Alpha Build. As such:
All stories created in The Quill are strictly private to the user's account and are NOT visible to the public unless the user explicitly selects "Publish to The Great Library."
Unpublished stories cannot be viewed by other users, administrators, or anyone outside of the account holder. Publishing is always an intentional, opt-in action.
You retain full ownership of all original content you create on Sword and Quill. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your stories, notes, or other creative works.
By publishing to The Great Library, you grant Sword and Quill a non-exclusive, revocable license to display your content on the platform. This license ends when you unpublish or delete your work.
By creating an account and using Sword and Quill, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform.
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
